14-year old boy victim of armed robbery at NYC subway station

Brooklyn, New York According to authorities, a 14-year-old boy was robbed Tuesday afternoon at the Pelham Parkway subway station.

On the northbound 5 train platform, the incident happened at around 4:10 p.m. when an unknown person approached the teen and imitated a weapon. After taking the victim’s phone by force, the suspect fled on foot to an unidentified place.

After the heist, there were no reported injuries. The suspect, according to the authorities, is a man with a medium complexion and a thin physique. He was last spotted with a black book bag and a light blue jacket.
