14-year-old Sexually Exploited by Man who made Her Addicted to Meth; Suspect Arrested after He Held Teen Girl Captive in Pennsylvania

A 48-year-old Hatfield man is suspected of grooming a 14-year-old girl, drugging her, and then taking off with her. He is currently awaiting trial on felony firearms charges.

Jason Matthew Hill was charged on Thursday in Upper Hanover Township before District Judge Maureen Coggin on eighteen felony counts, which included rape of a person who was seriously inebriated, as well as nine misdemeanors and summary violations.

In lieu of $2 million bail, he was sent to the Montgomery County Correctional Center.

Based on a public docket, Hill is awaiting trial in Montgomery County court on felonies relating to a May 2023 arrest in Hatfield, including receiving stolen property, carrying a pistol without a license, and illegal possession of a firearm.

After the woman reported to the Marlborough Police Department and Montgomery County Detectives Unit that Hill had sexually abused her the previous year, the investigation into Hill was launched in June.

According to a probable cause affidavit, the girl told officers that Hill regularly gave her illegal narcotics, including methamphetamines, and that he bonded with her by sharing stories about his difficult upbringing that touched on many of the same concerns the girl was going through.

According to investigators, the two allegedly started a sexual relationship in early 2023 and it continued for six months. The girl went away to live with Hill after being hooked to methamphetamines within a few months, according to the authorities, because she did not get along with her family.

According to the affidavit, Hill allegedly confined the girl in his bedroom above the garage of the house where he rented a room and did not allow her to socialize with other residents.

Authorities claim that because Hill did not feed the girl on a daily basis, she lost a significant amount of weight.

According to the affidavit, Hill slapped the youngster after learning that another resident had found her in the bedroom and given her food and drink.

After a few weeks, the homeowner found out that Hill was keeping the daughter hidden and kicked them out. They moved into a different house, where they remained until they were expelled once more.

After that, Hill brought the child to a house in Bucks County, where they remained until Pennridge Regional Police Department arrived to take the girl into custody.

Authorities claim the girl was caught in possession of methamphetamines and under the influence of alcohol. According to the affidavit, the girl was brought to a hospital, given to a family member, and eventually started drug treatment.

After finding text exchanges between the girl and Hill, the family member who was given custody of the girl took screenshots of the messages and gave them to the police. According to the authorities, the messages demonstrated the two’s relationship.
