26-Year-Old Survives Early Morning Shooting in Philadelphia

The city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania During a road shooting Thursday morning close to the 4400 block of Parrish Street, a 26-year-old male was shot twice in the left forearm, according to investigators.

Police responded quickly to the incident, which took place in Philadelphia’s 16th District at approximately 9:27 a.m.

According to authorities, the victim was taken to Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center, where his condition was stable.

Although no weapons have been found at the scene, which is still under police security, an arrest has been made in relation to the incident. While the investigation is ongoing, the motive for the shooting is yet unknown.
