Six individuals have been apprehended following a significant drug operation carried out at an apartment complex in Edwardsville.
Following an extensive investigation involving various agencies, detectives conducted a raid at Eagle Ridge Apartments in Edwardsville.
The Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office has reported that a raid was conducted at the Eagle Ridge complex. The purpose of the raid was to execute search warrants and confiscate narcotics from five separate apartments.
A variety of illegal substances, including crack cocaine, powder cocaine, ecstasy, prescription medication, and cash, were confiscated during the raid. Six individuals have been arrested and charged in connection with the investigation.

The individuals are:
- Theodis Brown, 52 – Delivery of crack cocaine, criminal use of a communication facility, possession with the intent to deliver crack cocaine, tampering with evidence
- Raceedie Griffiths, 30 – Delivery of fentanyl, criminal use of a communication facility, possession with the intent to deliver crack cocaine, tampering with evidence
- Christopher Belcher, 22 – Delivery of crack cocaine, criminal use of a communication facility
- Najm Copper, 34 – Delivery of fentanyl, criminal use of a communication facility, possession with the intent to deliver suboxone, possession with the intent to deliver fentanyl
- Omar Kelly, 25 – Delivery of fentanyl, criminal use of a communication facility, possession with the intent to deliver cocaine
- Shakeal Robinson Evans, 35 – Delivery of crack cocaine, Criminal use of communication, Possession with the intent to deliver crack cocaine
Brown, Belcher, Copper, and Evans are still being held in the Luzerne County Prison with a bail set at $1 million in cash. Kelly and Griffiths have been denied bail and are currently being held in the county prison.
