At the Easton Crown gas station, which is situated at 301 North Washington Boulevard, the winner—who wished to remain anonymous—bought his Bonus Match 5 ticket. The ticket proved to be a transformative investment, with nine Quick Pick lines for seven draws.
One line on the ticket matched all five numbers, winning the $50,000 top prize on November 4, just two drawings before it expired. Additionally, the ticket generated $15 from a different drawing. Maryland Lottery officials said he woke up the following morning, checked the Lottery app, and found out he had won a top reward.
For selling the winning ticket, the Easton Crown gas station will get a $500 retailer incentive.
In order to ease his transition into retirement, the fortunate retiree revealed that he intends to utilize the funds to settle his debts.
