Washington, D.C. Four people are being sought by police in connection with the early-morning November 21 robbery of a company in Northeast Washington, D.C., when money, goods, and personal belongings were taken.
Three suspects entered the business in the 4400 block of Benning Road, Northeast, at around 12:21 a.m., and a fourth suspect stayed outside in a car. After entering, the suspects stole goods and took money from the register behind the counter. Additionally, two people within the company had their personal stuff stolen.
According to authorities, the group left the scene in the fourth suspect’s car. The Metropolitan Police Department has made the photograph of one of the suspects available to the public after it was captured on surveillance tape.
While requesting help in identifying the suspects, authorities caution the public against acting on their own initiative. In this case, there is a reward of up to $1,000 for information that results in arrests and convictions.
