Del. SMYRNA. In order to identify a suspect in an unlawful dumping event at the Delaware Electric Cooperative Jones Substation in Smyrna, Delaware Natural Resources Police are need the public’s help. Authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward in light of the latest event.
The suspect pulled into the substation and left debris on the premises, according to a post on the official Facebook page of the Delaware Natural Resources Police. In an attempt to facilitate the investigation, authorities published a photo of the person taken during the incident.
