Police Solve Two Robberies in Anne Arundel County




Maryland’s Anne Arundel County Suspects in two different business robberies in the county have been charged as a result of Anne Arundel County Police investigations.

Officers were called to a robbery at Royal Farms on Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie on November 17 at around 12:40 a.m. A man asked a cashier for smokes, said he had a gun, stole the cigarettes, and ran away. The culprit was not located in spite of a search.

Joshua Lazenby, 37, of Pasadena, was identified by police on Tuesday and charged with robbery at Royal Farms. This came after the Robbery Unit conducted a thorough investigation.

In another incident, an armed robbery took place at an Exxon Station on Annapolis Road in Odenton on November 2 around 12:15 a.m. The suspect stole goods, threatened a worker with a knife, and fled. No injuries were reported in this event, according to the police.

A 16-year-old boy from Odenton has been charged by the police with robbing the Exxon Station. The Robbery Unit investigators’ investigation work led to the filing of these charges.
