Washington, D.C. Police revealed security footage of an unarmed carjacking that occurred in Northwest D.C. last month and stated that two people are wanted in connection with the crime.
On Thursday, October 24, at around 11:17 p.m., a carjacking took place in the 1900 block of 14th Street Northwest. The victim claims that the suspects assaulted him, took his car and personal belongings, and then ran away. There were no physical wounds to the sufferer.
Detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects after obtaining surveillance footage of them. The people thought to have been involved in the event are shown in the footage, which was released by the Metropolitan Police Department.
