Lorain Convenient Food Mart, located at 2221 42nd Street, is where the winning ticket was bought. The winner will receive about $72,000 after taxes, which come to 28 percent.
The highest prize in the $10 scratch-off game Winter Fun is $500,000. Two of the top prizes are still unclaimed as of November 25.
