Missing Manchester Man Last Seen in Keansburg, Police Report

New Jersey’s Manchester Township. After speaking with family over the phone, police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating Richard J. Rokicki, 58, who was last heard from on Friday morning. Although his present location is unknown, Rokicki, a resident of Manchester Township, was apparently in the Shore Avenue neighborhood of Keansburg, New Jersey, at the time and intended to return home.

When Rokicki was last seen, authorities say he was operating a gray 2024 Toyota Camry with the Ohio license plate KHC4377. He is characterized as a white man with a bald head, a white goatee, and a height of about 5 feet 11 inches and a weight of 190 pounds. Rokicki’s arms and chest are likewise covered with a great number of tattoos.

Despite a number of investigative efforts, the Manchester Township Police Department has not been able to find Rokicki.

Manchester Township police are asking anyone with information regarding Rokicki’s whereabouts to call them at 732-657-6111.
