On November 25, at approximately noon, Robert Howard Williams was last observed on the 2100 block of Westmoreland Street. He was reportedly operating a silver 2008 Toyota Tacoma at the time, according to the authorities.
The truck was found vacant on the 5700 block of Fairfax Drive in Arlington, according to state police on Sunday. Additional information regarding the vehicle and its discovery has not been released by the police.
According to the description, Williams is 5′ 11″, 180 pounds, has brown eyes and gray hair. Although information about his attire at the time of his abduction is still unknown, authorities stated that his disappearance poses a real risk to his health and safety.
