New York, N.Y.According to authorities, an attack occurred Thursday night in Lower Manhattan that left a 17-year-old boy dead stabbed and an 18-year-old guy injured.
At around 7:39 p.m., officers received a 911 call regarding an assault at 17 John Street. When they arrived, they discovered an 18-year-old guy with a stab wound to his left arm and Yeremi Colino, 17, of East 45th Street in Manhattan, with a stab wound to his breast.
EMS sent both patients to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where Colino was declared deceased. The 18-year-old’s condition is classified as stable.
The NYPD is still looking into the stabbing’s circumstances, and as of Friday, no arrests had been made.
Anyone with knowledge regarding the incident is being asked to get in touch with law enforcement, according to authorities.
