Ocean County man sentenced for aggravated sexual assault against child




Ocean County New Jersey. According to official jail records, Little Egg Harbor resident Ryan E. Moore, 54, was processed at the Ocean County Jail on Friday following his sentencing for aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

On December 6, Moore was placed under arrest after being found guilty of aggravated sexual assault against a 13–16-year-old kid who had a parent or guardian contact. He was also found guilty of putting a child’s welfare in jeopardy.

According to court documents, Moore is expected to serve a 13-year sentence and be released on December 5, 2037. The child endangerment allegation was categorized as a second-degree misdemeanor, whereas the aggravated sexual assault charge was rated as a first-degree offense.
