The lucky ticket was bought at North Washington Street’s Pit Stop #1. The winner, Gilbert, will receive roughly $72,000 after statutory 28 percent state and federal tax withholdings.
The top prize in the $5 scratch-off game Holiday Lucky Times 10 is $100,000. The Ohio Lottery reports that two of the game’s top prizes are still unclaimed as of December 5.
