Baltimore police investigate multiple shootings across the city




Baltimore, Maryland Police are looking into a string of shootings that took place between Friday and Saturday night in four different districts of Baltimore, injuring many people.

Patrol officers from the Western District responded to a Shot Spotter alert at around 6:57 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, at the 2900 block of Parkwood Avenue. A 21-year-old man with gunshot wounds was found by officers. For medical attention, the victim was sent to a nearby hospital.

Officers were called to the 2100 block of West Patapsco Avenue earlier on Saturday at around 2:33 p.m. in response to a shooting incident. After being discovered with gunshot wounds, a 25-year-old man was sent to a hospital, where his status is stable. Police were alerted to a walk-in shooting victim, a 27-year-old man, at another local hospital while they were still conducting their investigation. This second victim is listed in critical condition and is connected to the same incident.

Officers were called to a hospital at around 12:31 a.m. on Saturday after receiving a report of a walk-in shooting victim. A crime scene was found in the 2200 block of Boston Street, where the 26-year-old male victim had been shot. His injuries are being treated.

When authorities arrived at a hospital late Friday, December 6, at around 11:34 p.m., they found a walk-in victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The 20-year-old male victim was shot during an incident in the 3600 block of Garrison Boulevard, according to investigators.
