Man Shot and Killed Sunday Night in Baltimore




Late Saturday night, a 56-year-old man was shot and died in the Southwest District of the city, according to police.

At at 10:40 p.m., officers were called to a shooting that had occurred in the 1000 block of Wicklow Road. When they arrived, they found the victim with many upper body gunshot wounds. He was declared dead at the scene by the medical staff.

The event is being investigated by the Homicide Unit of the Baltimore Police Department. Anyone with information is asked to call homicide investigators at 410-396-2100, according to the authorities.
