Police search for suspect after elderly man assaulted in Brooklyn




BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Late last month, a fight broke out inside a business building in Brownsville, and police are looking for a suspect who assaulted a 73-year-old man.

The event happened at 767 Rockaway Avenue on Monday, November 25 at around 7:38 p.m. Police claim that after arguing with the old guy, the suspect threw him against a metal door, cutting his skull.

In an unidentified direction, the suspect fled the area on foot. The victim was taken by emergency medical personnel to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, where his condition was classified as stable.

Authorities are requesting the public’s help in identifying the suspect and have not yet made a description of the person public.
