Police hunt for armed robbery suspect captured on camera in Southeast DC




Washington, DC The Metropolitan Police Department searched a store on Pennsylvania Avenue in Southeast Saturday night after a guy carrying a firearm robbed the establishment.

Around 5:39 p.m., the 600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue was the scene of the crime. Before leaving the area, the suspect grabbed items, entered the store, and pointed a weapon at an employee.

Police have released photographs of the suspect taken by nearby surveillance cameras in an attempt to identify the person involved.
