Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Authorities say a 22-year-old passenger died Friday afternoon in a deadly crash in Upper Marlboro.
The crash happened at the intersection of Ritchie Marlboro Road and Sansbury Road at around 3:45 p.m. When police and rescue officials arrived on the site, they discovered two cars engaged in the collision.
Shortly after being taken to a neighboring hospital, the passenger—who was identified as Upper Marlboro resident David Romero—was declared dead. Non-life-threatening injuries were received by the drivers of the two cars.
