Amboy, N.J. Officials said on Saturday that a 23-year-old Perth Amboy resident has been charged in relation to a hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian on Friday night.

At around 6:20 p.m. on December 6, police were called to complaints of a pedestrian being struck on Elm Street between Market Street and Riverview Drive.
