PARSIPPANY, N.J. — The Parsippany Police Department stated Tuesday that South Beverwyck Road is still closed near Edgewood Court following a car accident that brought down a utility pole and electrical lines.
The collision caused traffic disruptions in the region, but authorities reported no injuries. Emergency personnel are attempting to restore electricity and repair the damage.
Police also responded to posts on the Ring app and other social media platforms that propagated false information about a big drone accident and fire at the location. According to the department, this misleading assertion has resulted in a significant number of unnecessary phone calls to our communication center.
