Buffalo, New York. Two $50,000 third-prize Powerball tickets were sold for the drawing on December 11th, according to the New York Lottery.

Wegmans on Brewerton Road in Cicero sold one ticket, and TOPS Markets on Amherst Street in Buffalo sold the other. To win the third-tier reward, both tickets have to match four numbers plus the red Power Ball.

These victories are yet another example of Powerball’s broad appeal, as players across the state are rewarded with huge rewards.
