PARSIPPANY, N.J.Due to a big tree that was precariously leaning on power lines, Parsippany police stopped a section of Route 53/Tabor Road on Thursday, causing a major traffic disruption.

Authorities are advising cars to look for other routes since the section between Route 10 and Pondview Road is closed.
