Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.According to authorities, a 34-year-old male was shot early on Sunday morning in the city’s 12th District, on the 1400 block of South 53rd Street.
The man was shot twice in the stomach as the event was taking place, at 12:42 a.m. After being driven by private vehicle to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, he was moved to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where his condition is stated as stable.
According to the police, no reason for the shooting has been established, nor has the scene been located. The weapon used in the event has not been found, and no one has been taken into custody.
As investigators try to learn more, the inquiry is still ongoing.
