Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.According to police, a 53-year-old male was shot late Saturday night in the city’s 25th District, in the 3600 block of North 5th Street.
The man was shot and wounded in the right leg at around 10:54 p.m. before the firing started. He is said to be in stable condition after being driven by private vehicle to Temple University Hospital.
Although no one has been arrested and the weapon in question has not been found, police are still at the location as the investigation is ongoing.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are being investigated by authorities.
