Maryland woman stumbles upon $57K jackpot on a whim

Earlier this month, a Baltimore County MDA retiree was lucky enough to win the top prize of $57,777 on a FAST PLAY SEVENS ticket that was bought at a Hunt Valley Exxon.

According to the fortunate winner, who occasionally plays Keno and scratch-offs, the ticket was bought at random. As soon as she saw the number 18 at the top of her ticket with the sum of $57,777 below it, she used the Maryland Lottery app to scan it for verification.

The Sparks resident who won intends to utilize her winnings to settle her debts.

The Maryland Lottery will give the Hunt Valley Exxon, which is situated at 11235 York Road in Cockeysville, a $577 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
