The storm is expected to start at 4 a.m. on Tuesday and run until 11 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service. Four to seven inches of snow are predicted, along with up to a quarter inch of ice buildup. Travel may become practically difficult due to the likelihood of power outages and tree damage, particularly along major routes like I-64 and I-79.
