With cloudy skies and a persistent threat of rain, temperatures will gradually rise to around 59 degrees Fahrenheit by Sunday. An arctic front is moving out, bringing with it milder weather into next week, as seen by this warming trend.
Wet roads and sporadic gusty gusts might affect driving, especially on major routes like I-5, so drivers should exercise caution. Although Wednesday saw winds of up to 20 mph, the weekend is predicted to bring calmer conditions.
Looking ahead, the pattern of overcast skies and comfortable temperatures is expected to continue in the early part of next week, with Monday probably seeing showers. During Thursday’s brief respite from precipitation, residents should have rain gear on hand.
