The Shell station at 8555 Martin Luther King Jr. Highway is where the winning ticket was bought. The woman, who only went by Candy, purchased the ticket while waiting in line, scratched it in her car, and then had it scanned for verification at another store.
Candy became one of the most recent top-prize winners in the Big Money scratch-off game after the scan verified the victory.
