Manchester, New Jersey.By introducing Ordinance #2025-17, the Ocean County Board of Commissioners has authorized the $3,250,000 replacement of the Commonwealth Bridge in Manchester Township.
The project will be financed in part by the $1,695,619 in bonds or bond anticipation notes that the County of Ocean will issue, according to the law. Because of infrastructure requirements, the bridge—officially known as Structure No. 1518-001—is scheduled for complete replacement.

The project’s remaining amount will be paid for by appropriations or other county resources. Although officials have not disclosed a precise construction schedule, they have stated that the project is a component of continuous initiatives to enhance Ocean County’s transportation system.
