Ocean County approves $3.25M ordinance to replace Commonwealth Bridge in Manchester

Manchester, New Jersey.By introducing Ordinance #2025-17, the Ocean County Board of Commissioners has authorized the $3,250,000 replacement of the Commonwealth Bridge in Manchester Township.

The project will be financed in part by the $1,695,619 in bonds or bond anticipation notes that the County of Ocean will issue, according to the law. Because of infrastructure requirements, the bridge—officially known as Structure No. 1518-001—is scheduled for complete replacement.
