Cambridge, Maryland.Following an overnight incident near the Westside Bypass and Hudson Road, Cambridge Police are investigating a fatal gunshot.
Officers arrived at the location, where one person was discovered dead, authorities said early on Wednesday. With assistance from the Maryland State Police Crime Scene Units and the Dorchester County State’s Attorney’s Office, the Cambridge Police Department is spearheading the investigation.
No other information has been made public about the victim’s identification or any suspects.
The investigation is still ongoing.
