Queens, New York.In relation to an attempted child luring incident involving a 13-year-old girl in the 115th Precinct, the NYPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a guy they are looking for.
Police said the incident happened in front of 33-37 97th Street on Wednesday at around 7:35 a.m. The victim was contacted by an unnamed man who tried to entice her into engaging in sexual activity by promising her money.
The suspect ran south on 97th Street after briefly following the victim as she left the site. The girl was not physically hurt, and there were no reports of injuries.
The suspect walked away from the scene.
Police have made the suspect’s photos public and are asking anyone who knows who they are to get in touch with them. While the inquiry is ongoing, the man’s identify is still unclear.
