White Plains, New York.According to the New York Lottery, the top prize of $31,824.50 was won by a fortunate TAKE 5 player in the evening drawing on June 17.
The winning ticket was sold at White Plains’ EM Service Station Inc., which is situated at 268 Tarrytown Road. Selling the ticket that won the jackpot will earn the store a bonus.
Numbers are picked from a field of 1 through 39 for the TAKE 5 drawings, which are done twice a day at 2:30 and 10:30 p.m. After the draw date, players have up to a year to pick up their reward.
All winners are urged by the New York Lottery to sign the back of their tickets and to store them securely until they are ready to be used.
