Fire Ravages Tomorrowland Music Festival’s Main Stage

The main stage of Tomorrowland, a significant electronic music festival that was set to start on Friday in Boom, Belgium, was badly damaged by fire, according to the festival’s organizers.

The organizers reported a serious incident and fire on Wednesday, but no one was hurt. They failed to pinpoint the reason.

Every year, the town of Boom welcomes over 400,000 visitors and some of the biggest stars in electronic music thanks to Tomorrowland. Over the next two weekends, the 2025 version is planned to take place.

The organizers stated that they were concentrating on finding solutions for the festival weekend and that attendees were anticipated to begin arriving at the campground on Thursday. They indicated that the campground will open as scheduled.

The main stage performances were set to begin on Friday. Among the performers expected to perform at the festival over the two weekends are Steve Aoki, Swedish House Mafia, and David Guetta.

Videos of fire and dense smoke plumes rising from the festival grounds were shared on social media on Wednesday.
