Stolen vehicle recovered in Glen Burnie after surveillance operation

Glen Burnie, M.D. Authorities said that after a surveillance operation in Glen Burnie on May 7, detectives found a stolen car and took two people into custody.

During proactive surveillance along Crain Highway, detectives noticed suspicious activity involving a car exiting a nearby establishment. Officers soon verified that the car had been reported stolen.

Officers conducted a coordinated traffic stop close to the junction of Jumpers Hole Road and Mountain Road with the Aviation Unit’s assistance, maintaining visual contact.

Two people were arrested without incident during the traffic stop. At the scene, the stolen car was found.
