Disturbance at Business Leads to Arrest in Wilkes-Barre


Wilkes-Barre, PA – On October 22nd at 7:13 PM, officers from the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department responded to a situation of disorderly conduct at 295 South Main Street. The incident involved a female suspect identified as Isbrionna Bradley, age 27.

The police were called to the scene after reports of Bradley causing a disturbance within a business. Store personnel indicated that she was harassing customers, throwing items off shelves, and breaking a candle before leaving the premises.

After exiting the store, Bradley climbed into a dumpster behind the business. When officers attempted to engage with her, she refused to exit the dumpster or provide identification.

Bradley was subsequently taken into custody by the officers. She was then transported to City Headquarters for arraignment.
