Artument at Bronx Home Ends With Deadly Shooting


BRONX, N.Y. — A 33-year-old man was fatally shot early Saturday morning during a reported dispute at a residence in the Bronx, police said. Officers from the 47th Precinct and PSA #8 responded to a 911 call at approximately 1:53 a.m. at 3475 Bivonia Street, where they discovered the victim with a gunshot wound to his chest.

Emergency Medical Services arrived on the scene and transported the man to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi, where he was pronounced dead. Authorities have not yet released the victim’s identity, pending notification of his family.

No arrests have been made in connection to the shooting, and the circumstances surrounding the dispute remain unclear. Investigators are currently working to identify a suspect or suspects.


The NYPD confirmed that the investigation is ongoing but did not provide additional details at this time.
