Kamala Harris Just Said Trump Will Take Guns From Americans, Censor Speech

DETROIT, Mich. — Vice President Kamala Harris expressed concerns about the future of Constitutional rights during an interview, emphasizing the need for Black voters to back her and her running mate, Tim Walz, in the upcoming election. Speaking with sports analyst Shannon Sharpe, Harris pushed back against the notion that former President Donald Trump would be better for the Black community, saying that Trump’s policies would undermine fundamental freedoms.

Sharpe posed a direct question to Harris, asking, “Blacks for Trump. They feel that Trump is better for the Black community. Can you explain that?” In response, Harris reiterated that her administration is committed to protecting key Constitutional rights, which she claimed are at risk under a Trump administration. “Trump will terminate their Constitutional rights,” Harris warned.

She further addressed concerns regarding the First and Second Amendments, stating, “But the First Amendment [will be gone]. The Second Amendment. I’m in favor of the Second Amendment. I don’t believe we should be taking anybody’s guns away,” Harris said, attempting to clarify her position amidst ongoing national debates on gun control.

The vice president’s remarks come amid a critical effort to secure Black voter support in the final days leading up to the election. While Harris has faced skepticism from some voters, she continues to appeal directly to communities that could be key to a Democratic victory in battleground states.
