Lucky ticket sold in Glenn Dale hits $1.8 million Multi-Match jackpot

GLENN DALE, Md. — A lucky player in Prince George’s County has won a $1.8 million Multi-Match jackpot after purchasing the winning ticket for the October 28 drawing, Maryland Lottery officials announced Tuesday.

The winning ticket was sold at Chesapeake Market, located at 12300 Annapolis Road in Glenn Dale. The winning numbers for the Monday night draw were 06, 12, 14, 30, 37, and 42. The jackpot winner has the option to choose the full $1.8 million annuity, paid over 25 years, or a one-time cash payout estimated at $1.075 million before taxes.

Lottery officials urge the winner to sign the back of the ticket and keep it secure. Prizes larger than $25,000 must be claimed by mail or at Maryland Lottery headquarters in Baltimore, and the winner has 182 days from the drawing date to claim their prize.

This marks the eighth Multi-Match jackpot win in Maryland this year, with previous jackpots ranging from $500,000 to $2.1 million. For selling the winning ticket, Chesapeake Market will receive a $1,800 bonus from the Maryland Lottery.
