BALTIMORE, Md. — Maryland Lottery players had a lucrative weekend, with a combined $200,000 in winnings from Powerball and Bonus Match 5 tickets sold in Charles and Carroll counties.
A $150,000 Powerball ticket was sold at NSR Mart (Shell) on Leonardtown Road in Hughesville. The winner matched enough numbers in the November 11 drawing to win a third-tier prize, which tripled to $150,000 thanks to the Power Play multiplier of three. This marks the second $150,000 Powerball win in Charles County in recent weeks, following a similar prize won in Waldorf on October 30.
Adding to the weekend’s luck, a $50,000 top-prize Bonus Match 5 ticket was sold in Westminster at the 7-Eleven on Baltimore Boulevard. The winning numbers in the November 10 drawing were 1, 15, 27, 31, and 32, with a Bonus Ball of 4. The retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling the lucky ticket.
Maryland Lottery officials remind all winners to sign their tickets immediately and store them in a safe place. Winners have 182 days from the drawing date to claim their prizes.
