Columbus Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Suspects in Robbery and Assault




Columbus, Ohio The public is being asked to help the Columbus Division of Police identify four people who were photographed in connection with a robbery and assault that occurred on Thursday, October 17.

Three victims got out of an Uber on the 1700 block of N. High Street at around 11:46 p.m. During this period, one suspect shouted and threw an object at a female victim after attempting to speak with her. The four suspects physically assaulted another victim who stepped in, punching and kicking him until he passed out.

One victim’s possessions were kicked down the pavement, and other victims’ property was taken from them by force. While attempting to help, another victim allegedly suffered a head injury from a tire iron attack. After suffering severe head injuries, the afflicted persons were taken to OSU Hospital.
