There is a new opportunity for individuals to enter an affordable housing lottery for units in a recently built six-story building in the Bronx. The lottery is for apartments located at 285 East 163rd Street, just a short distance away from Yankee Stadium.

The building offers a variety of 35 units, ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom apartments. The building offers a range of amenities, including a shared laundry room, high-end kitchen appliances, and air-conditioning.

There are no charges for deposits or application fees. The building is also anticipated to qualify for a Tax Exemption under the 421a Tax Incentive program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

Applications for the apartments at 285 East 163rd Street will continue to be accepted until October 21st. The income range that qualifies is $103,200 – $218,010.
