According to authorities, Josiah Sparrow was last seen at his home at 134 East 59th Street on November 22 at around 11 a.m. According to the description, Sparrow is a Black man with a dark complexion who weighs about 135 pounds and is 5 feet 6 inches tall.
According to authorities, he was last seen sporting black pants, a blue sweatshirt with a flower print, a black jacket, and a black ski mask. He resides inside the boundaries of the 67th Precinct of the NYPD.
