Arizona Weather Alert: Phoenix to See Rising Weekend Temps, Highs Near 90°F Next Week

Phoenix Phoenix is expected to experience an AZA warm weekend, with highs in the 70s on Saturday and temperatures close to 90 degrees Fahrenheit by midweek.

The National Weather Service predicts clear skies, a high of around 79 degrees Fahrenheit, and calm winds that will change to the west in the afternoon on Saturday. The temperature will rise to 82 degrees Fahrenheit on Sunday before making a big leap to 85 degrees on Monday. Highs could hit 89 degrees Fahrenheit on Wednesday, making it one of the warmest days of the season thus far.

The temperature will remain warm overnight, with lows in the high 40s to mid-50s. Although a little northeastern breeze is anticipated Wednesday evening, winds will still be mild.

Residents should get ready for more sun exposure as temperatures rise. Wearing sunscreen and drinking enough of water are advised, especially for people who spend a lot of time outside. Expect perfect weather for hiking and outdoor activities if you have plans for the weekend.
