Arkansas Weather: Monday Showers Could Impact Afternoon Travel Across Little Rock



Little Rock, AR – A chance of showers Monday afternoon could make for slick conditions across Little Rock, particularly along I-30.

According to the National Weather Service, rain is expected to develop after noon with a 60% chance of precipitation. Winds could gust up to 30 mph, adding an additional challenge for commuters. Motorists should exercise caution, especially during peak travel hours.

Monday’s high is forecast to reach 76°F with increasing cloud cover. Showers are expected to taper off by midnight, followed by clearing skies. Cooler conditions will set in, with overnight lows dipping to 54°F.

Looking ahead, sunny weather will dominate Tuesday through Thursday, with highs ranging from the upper 50s to low 70s. Nighttime temperatures will fall into the 40s.
