Washington, D.C. According to police, a woman was robbed at gunpoint and her automobile was taken in the 1700 block of 4th Street, Northwest, and a carjacking suspect is being sought.
On Sunday, December 22, about 1:00 p.m., the victim was getting into her car when the incident happened. The suspect came over, demanding the victim’s car keys, and displayed a weapon. The suspect left the scene in the stolen car once the victim complied.
Police are asking anyone who can identify the culprit or provide information about the crime to come forward after surveillance cameras recorded photographs of the person.
