Cumberland, Maryland.The public is being asked to assist investigators in identifying a man who was seen on security footage early on Saturday morning setting fire to a nearby tire store.
Around 4:30 a.m., the incident happened at D&K Tires on Greene Street. A white guy suspect with a substantial build and a height of about 5′ 8″ is seen on surveillance tape strolling down Greene Street from the direction of Dollar General. Before leaving with a pronounced limp or uneven step, the man is seen pausing by the shop’s air conditioner and setting a flammable gadget on fire.
The firm suffered damage as a result of the fire that was started on top of the unit. At the time of the event, the suspect was dressed in a flannel shirt and loose-fitting slacks, maybe sweatpants.
