Baltimore Police seek information in shooting of 22-year-old man found wounded on I-295


BALTIMORE, Md. — Baltimore Police are seeking the public’s help to find the suspect or suspects involved in the shooting of 22-year-old Isaiah Shackleford, who was discovered in his vehicle with a severe gunshot wound on November 7.

Shackleford was found around 8:37 a.m. on I-295 South near Annapolis Road. Investigators determined he had been driving a gray 2017 Mazda 3 with Maryland tag 2GH6700. Police believe he was traveling southbound on South Monroe Street, onto the I-295 South ramp, and then onto I-295 South when he was shot.

Homicide detectives are asking anyone who was in the area and may have witnessed the incident to contact them at 410-396-2100 or to provide anonymous tips through Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
