Belleville swears in 10 new officers and promotes detective to sergeant

New Jersey’s Belleville.On Tuesday, the Belleville Police Department welcomed ten new officers to the force and formally promoted Detective John David Rossi to sergeant with a swearing-in ceremony at City Hall.
